Somehow, he has two or three friends who help him. They call from various peoples phones to harrass me. He chases me down on the highway or any road he finds me on. He drives by my home. He sits across the field to give him visual access to my backyard. I have changed my number, but anyone can pay to get it again, and he has. I have tried three times to get a restraining order on him – but he has his friends come in and lie for him. At one point about 2.5 years ago, my doctor had me on major anxiety medication – I overdosed because I swear at times I just don’t care anymore. I feel like he is winning. One year ago – him and his friends went to a local park and wrote my name and phone number on a slide – along with some suggestions about what I may have for “sale” there. I have a nine year old daughter. I’ve spoken with his ex-wife, who simply tells me he is crazy. Oh – I agree. He says he hates me – but then why does he bother me. Any answers would be great. Thanks.

we get our own lockers this year (thank god!) so i want my locker to be awesome. does any1 have any cool ideas for lockers that i can make at home or any cool things for lockers that re for sale and what store?? thanks!!

Last year, I was planning to marry (I thought a wonderful man), but it was short lived. We got a CD together for a rather large sum of money, and put both names on the certificate. I put in about 2/3rds of the amount, with him adding 1/3rd. A few months later, he cashed the CD and took off for parts unknown. My money came from the sale of a home, and was declared on my income tax return, and taxes paid. Does anyone know whether or not he would owe taxes on this money, or is he scot free?

I want to move before the 2 year “residenancy” period, but am willing to pay the mortgage on the house while renting another place to live until the 2 years is up. Also, what unforeseen circumstances qualify for capital gains tax exclusion? Does having a baby and not being able to afford to stay in the house qualify? The bottom line is I am deseprate to move but don’t want to screw myself by owing Uncle Sam a huge amount of money on my home sale.
