I am 51years old and need to make some changes . I now work for myself doing Home Improvements. I know I am not charging the right prices for the work I do. I work long hours and never get ahead with money. I have always lowered my price becouse I feel guilty about Money I charge. I now get 250.00 per day for High quility work. I AM NOT A MR FIX IT HANDY MAN I AM A TOP CRAFTSMEN. Why do I keep doing this in every business I do?

I have a house that needs some work that Im selling as a handy man special. I buy and sell house for a living and have done this for years. But the guy that owns the property next door and around the house keeps coming over when the realtor is there with a potential buyer and saying there is a million things wrong that really are not. What can I do about this. he has ran several people off doing this. Is there any laws that prevent this. i have no trespassing signs up now to maybe detour him from coming around.

if an application is installed on one of the network drives at work, and I’d like to install that application when I’m home, does it matter which drive it’s installed on? Can I point the destination path to my local drive (c)? In other words, if I want to install a program that’s residing on one of our network drives at work, can I install it when I’m logged on to Citrix at home and install it on my local drive or on the same drive as the network drive? Hope this makes sense.
Any other info re: Citrix that’s easy to understand is appreciated. Thanks.

Today I left my computer on so that my 12 year old nephew could use it while I was at work. He asked I do this so that he could work on his “myspace” pages. Instead of giving my passwords, I just logged on and left it on for him. When I got home I noticed there were 2 documents waiting to be printed. So I turned on the printer and out came pages from Babezplanet.com. I confronted him with it and he swears he did not go there and that he did not print that stuff. Is there a way to confirm where he surfed and if he did or did not do this? How else would this have happened?
Thank you all for your help. I checked the history and temporary files and found no hint of the Babezplanet. My newphew did also print out a MySpace webpage and it appears the Babezplanet somehow tagged along. I understand that is possible?
My husband was backed up on his inventory job so I offered to help. He told his boss I was doing it at home and his boss said to keep up with my hours and he’d pay me. I worked on it whenever I had a chance for 2 weeks logging about 65 hours. Hubby turned in an invoice for me to get paid and the boss didn’t pay. He said he didn’t have the money to. Days before he had asked my husband when I could have it done and said if I couldn’t quick he would hire temps to do it. I assured him I’d do it but the next day he told hubby to bring it all back to the office and do it himself. He never mentioned another word about it. Hubby has had to borrow money from him for gas and the boss takes it out of his check! He doesn’t even acknowledge that he owes me money. He could take it out of that! Should I make a complaint to the BBB? I’m not sure if it would stand up since I only had a verbal agreement with the man.
