Another thing: this land is covered with broken down trailers and old R.V. and I need someone with truck to remove the squatters with their trash out of there.
The land is for sale and is located 70 miles east of San Diego.
How do I proceed to clean my land from all that trash.?

I live in the 2nd floor of a three family building. The neighboor downstairs started placing some stuff outside her door like it was part of her apartment. They have a small old table, a huge mirror, shoes, coats, bags of old clothes, old newspaper and magazines and much more. They also had a pumpkin since last halloween that after I complained to the landlord, he took the pumpkin 2 weeks ago. The landlord said that he left a message to this tenants to clean the area, but I don’t think it’s true. I was thinking to call the Health Board but I’m affraid to get in trouble with the landlord because I live here for 2 years and he never raised my rent and I also have a good area outside for my dog. Any suggestions?

i live in a 21 unit apartment unit and u can hear everything but thats what happens, Ive lived here for six months and a lady just moved in one week ago shes been complaining about me and my 2 children, well the mang./landlord is best friends with the lady who reports me. Ive been good on payments and keeping clean. My landlord has been trying to evict me for no reason and her friend is trying to help. as of right now me and my children have no place to go so i need this 3 bedrm. apt. I also have cancer and im only 26 years old. these people have me stressed out. They even tried to trow away my rent for march until a good friend of mine found it in the trash can in her office, then the lady tells me “ill do anything to get you and you bastard son out of here. and she likes to yell alot. normally id beat the shit out of people like that but i cant then shed have a reason to kick my ass out, So what do you think? Let me know

We will be putting our home up for sale soon and my next door neighbors are the eyesores of the entire block. Dirty diapers in their driveway, and toys and bikes and trash everywhere. They live in a two bedroom home with 5 children under 10 years of age. Their filthy old beat up recliner is on their front lawn. HELP? But…I can’t just ask them to “clean up” as we turned them in for animal cruelty last year. They were literally starving their poor dog to death. (We feed it now regularly as they still don’t feed or water it for days on end.) What can we do???
