How can I get my ex-husband to move his stuff out, legally?

We are in the process of getting a divorce, and I have given my ex-husband written 30 days notice to remove his belongings from my apartment, as I will be moving out of state at the end of the month. He has yet to act. How can I get him to move his stuff out, legally? I cannot afford to rent the apartment for another month just for his stuff. Thanks in advance!!!!!
Guess I forgot to say this:
We are already sepereated, divorce paperwork has been filed, and he moved out over a month ago. He keeps telling me that he’ll be by “sometime” to get his stuff. The landlord has recieved written notice, and knows the situation. However, if his stuff is not out, then I lose part of my deposit. THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE GIVEN SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

What is the best exercise to build chest muscle and reduce the spare tire?

I am 38 yrs old and in decent shape. I have been doing a lot of push ups and that is showing great visible results, but I really need to attack my spare tire and maybe move my chest focus to the upper and outside chest. I eat ok but could definately buckle down some more. I have a very physical job and workout probably once a week for real. Im really not seeing any improvement in my stomach or definition in my chest and arms. Im really looking for something i can do at home or on a quick break from work…similiar to push ups i guess. Something i can continuously chip away at. Thanks, in advance.

I need help saving my azaleas!?

This is my first spring in my new home. I have several azaleas that are pathetic at best…poor blooms. I’ve tried Miracle Gro for azaleas, but I’m not seeing any major improvement. I’m afraid it may be too late to prune right now – the blooms I did get have died off, but I don’t want to destroy the buds for next year. Also, how far back do I prune once I start cutting? Any advice from a gardner more seasoned than I am would be so very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Any experience with Dufour sailboats?

I was curious if anyone has had any experience either on or with Dufour sailboats? In the recent issue of Latitudes and Attitudes, there is an article about a 1974 Dufour, 35′ long, that is sailed as a bluewater cruiser with great success. When looking at Dufour sailboats online that are for sale, the price is definately less than other bluewater cruisers in the same category, although there doesn’t seem to be as much fancy woodwork inside the cabin. As long as the boat is still bluewater worthy, it’s not a bad option if one doesn’t need anything fancy. Just wanted to know if anyone has an opinion on this manufacture. Thanks in advance.
