I went a little crazy at the surplus sale, bought three plots of land, and while I’m thinking of turning one plot into a garden, I have two others. One’s on a fairly major street, the other is residential and surrounded by blighted houses. It also happens to be about 100 feet away from a small park.
Both are zoned D5 (single-family dwelling), but I might be able to get them rezoned. My question is, what would be really cool to put on these plots? Plot A (busy street) is 50′ x 150′. Plot B (blight-surrounded) is 35′ x 192′.
I’m looking for ideas that would be legal. Please, no brothels, gladiatorial pits, crack houses, meth labs, or any other things that might make good business sense but would be promptly shut down by The Man.
Something a little more specific, please. Specific, specific, specific.
