my grandma died in january and her three sons were left the home. my father,her son had died and now i get what he was left with. her two sons are really not in need of the money right now so they are prolonging on putting the house up for sale. on the other hand i am in debt and would like to use the third that i get to pay my home off. how long do they have the right to pro long this?

I am going on a group interview on Friday for a sales associate position for Juicy Couture. I have never went on this type of interview before, only one on one. As someone who is not yet ready to purchase my first home, but would like to start thinking about the possibility in not to distance future, how much should I expect to pay in monthly mortgage payments for a $200,000 mortgage. Let’s assume average credit (some credit cards carrying little to no balance, no defaults or late payments on rent, bills, credit cards etc) and the 200,000 will be covering the full purchase price of the home.
