The company that I work for will be renting a portion of property for a weekend sale. A local car lot is renting the property for 5 days, and I need to create a contract that will assure that the property is left in the same condition that is was before use. I wanted a sample just to assure that I have the legal mumbo jumbo down. Any assistance would be great!
How do i stop a neighbor that everytime i go outside he comes over, and now my home is for sale and everytime someone comes down to look at the house, he goes outside in his pajamas, which he wears day and nite outside, and just stares them down, i have told him in the past to not go out if someone is looking at the house, He does not listen, He is from Greece, an older man, and understands english, I dont know what to do as he is turning people off,
my grandma died in january and her three sons were left the home. my father,her son had died and now i get what he was left with. her two sons are really not in need of the money right now so they are prolonging on putting the house up for sale. on the other hand i am in debt and would like to use the third that i get to pay my home off. how long do they have the right to pro long this?

I am going on a group interview on Friday for a sales associate position for Juicy Couture. I have never went on this type of interview before, only one on one. I wanted to know what a group interview really entailed? And if someone could provide me w.some group interviewing tips. I am very excited to work for this company & I really want to land this job. I have recently found out that someone has forged my deceased grandfather name to deed land and sale it. Can I get that land deeded back and have that person prosecuted?
