you lived in an apartment like setting but shared the kitchen area and living quarters. your room would be your own but the kitchen,living room, and bathrooms would be shared. of course there’d have to be rules – no overnight guests. i’m thinking for about 25 people and cheap rent.

India is a country that has been for a long time emerged in a critical economic-social situation with no indicators of a comprehensive improvement in many areas, although a GREAT number of admitted students for Ph.D programs in U.S. belong from India, mainly in the engineering field. They have in most of the cases the higher scores in international tests such as GRE and TOEFL, plus academic honors. In comparison to that, students from Latin America and Europe, for example, are mutch more inclined to return to their countries and use the technique learned to improve the overall home country quality in a specific field. India has achieved recently a respected rank position regarding information technology field, but not enough regarding so many Ph.D “minds”. Is this good to U.S. and bad for India ? Or we shall analyze this question as an “individual” perspective of success and salary ? that´s all folks.

home purchased 7 years ago now inspectors are negative against earth to wood situation and wants all that removed etc and other home improvements are going to be needed. $25,000 seems like we are paying them to make the profit since the house is to be a resell investment

I have been married for 13 years now, 3 kids, and for 6 months now, I have been trying to get a new job. Well, I got a job offer, put in my two week notice, and accepted the new job in a different state. I leave in two weeks, and have put my home up for sale but has not sold yet too, so my wife and kids will stay until we sell the house, or so I thought, she now says she is not going, she says she doesn’t want to be that far away from her parents and family. Man!!! what do I do? I don’t want this job, I’m ready to move, and the kids want to move too. What do I do?
We did talk about this for the last 6 months, and she said yes to the move.
