I am looking for a sign that says “No Solicitors” to post. Most of the signs I see along those lines are rectangular, and I’m looking for a square one approximately 3″ x 3″ so that it may be posted over the doorbell. I am trying to use this as a deterrent to most people ringing my doorbell to try to sell me things. If anyone knows of any sign companies, home improvement stores, etc. that sell items like that, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance.

Selling our home to a private party that just wants to write up a simple agreement and we both sign it.
Has anyone had any experences with this.
I have thought about building a cabin or moving a trailer house to land in a forest where there is no for sale sign, or land on the side of the road. Is all unocuppied land still property of the U.S.? Is there a way to purchase land that does not have a For Sale sign on it? How does land purchase work? I live in the state of WA, but I was thinking of buying some land to put a modular/mobile home on, and laying it a foundation on the land.

The tenant is current on his rent and has always paid on time. He went to drive a truck as a new job and came home to find his house up for sale and the gas turned off. Is this legal and what can he do about it?
I have a home repair project that my ex husband started & then left town. Now Im stuck with a house thats half complete and no money to finish the work. I’ve hired 2 contractors who took my money and skipped out. I have some supplies that they did have delivered but no way of completing the job. Now Im broke and about to loose my house and car but can’t have my house refinanced because an appraisor wont even look at it in the shape its in. I need help and have nowhere to turn. If you know any way to sign up for one of these programs, please let me know. Im at my wits end. Thanks so much
