When you’ve completed an agreement of sale with the selling realtor, are they supposed to take the house off the market for 30 days? That’s what we’ve heard, but the selling agent refuses.

where on the Internet to find home sale listings from the past?
I am looking for some comparisons prices to a house we bought that have been listed in the past year. I need them whithin 5 miles of where we are and to have been sold or selling within the last year. Also I need to be able to search by lot size and square footage. Thank you very much
