I have a Question about the Section 8 Certificate.
we are veryy low income and i heard about the Certificate and i ws hoping someone can maybe tell me where to go to & get it?
or apply for it? and how long does it usually take?and does it apply to any Apartment i would like to rent or only the ~Special Ones~ on the List??
please someone let me know

I buy the onions sets from the nursery or the home improvement store garden section, but they just don’t get very big. What am I doing wrong. Is there some trick to getting them to grow larger. I have well drained, sandy soil that has been amended, the rest of the garden does well.
