My Questions is this. We both worked and I gave her my Paychecks .That she would deposit in her Welles Fargo Account.
We both have are names on the ownership papers.She paid the land payments with a checks.I do not have my name on her checks. We have since broken up. So now she tells me .That I have no right to the property or the financial gain she will recieve once the home. We have had builted on it is completed.Which is very soon about 3months away.Iv’e talked to the Realators or I should say the Company. That we made or payments to.Intrest free I may add. They told me that both signatures must be applied before any changes.Even if we sale or have transfered to a bank. That would carrie ownership papers for land leased term.My question is can she sale the property and house and I get goosed?
