a single savvy female, very determined and hard working, looking for a few investors to buy up cheap ran down properties in the galveston area and share the expenses of fixing them and then share in the huge profit when we sale the properties. the whole area is booming down here, plenty of high rise condos going up, a schlitterbahn has come to the island and i am expecting in about 8 more yrs they will bring legalized gambling also, already live here and own a few houses, but i am greedy and want more, its a great way to make about 50 grand off of just 4 mos. of work…
just to add for those of you who think this question out of context…galveston was affected by both hurricane rita and katrina, it would be such a shame to see all these wonderful houses around here go to waste when so many people need homes
