He was a little slow but so personalble that customers lined up and kept him after he was suppose to be off work. Overtime is not allowed so he came in late to cut back, obviously couldn’t leave early because there were always customers wanting Him.

Two months later, after getting his fifth award for top sales, he was taken in the back and fired for ‘not filling out his overtime reduction papers properly’. No warnings, no help with how to do it, and three days b 4 his first Christmas to be able to buy gifts for family. He had worked their 4 1yr and they never complained of a thing
