I have forty acres for sale and want to sell it without having to pay a huge commission to a real estate agent. Does anyone know of any good sites that don’t cost a bunch of money where I can list my land? I would like to target the Chicago area.

I would like to buy a home in mid-Michigan and I would like to find one that an owner is trying to sell instead of a realty. How can I let owners know or what website should I go. I have went to several but the houses are very expensive. I just want a moderately priced one and owner carry or land contract. What to do?

Samson Realty had an obligation to pay the balancer of the priceofthe land it brought from the Roman Catholic Bishops of Malolos.Samson realty allegedly tendered payment by certified personal check on the last day of the grace period granted by seller.The seller allegedly refused to accept the certified check as payment and instead, cancelled the contract of sale for non-payment of the balance of the price. Was there a valid tender of payment?
