Or more specifically, are their studies or statistics that show the average sales price of homes sold with professional assitance versus the average price of homes sold by their owners is more difference than the commission the agents charge?

I’m wondering if anyone can cite any relevant study that objectively answers this question. I guarantee that answer will be the one I select as the best.

We would like to sell out property ourselves and cut out the realtors. I figure the fastest way to get the info out there would be to e-mail developers/investors and let them know we have acreage for sale. I do not want to break any soliciting laws in the process however! Anyone who knows a definite answer to this question would be of great help! Thanks ahead of time!

We are trying to sell our home and now we are being told by two different realtors that it will only sell for a certain amount. So we are going to end up negative in the sale of our home. Is there anything that we could do legally?
