i am a sales agent and have been for 9 years. there is a new guy in my office that is REALLY YOUNG, rude, loud, obnoxious… he USE to be a used car salesman. he wears a WOOL trench coat when it’s 80 degrees… i dislike him SO MUCH that i can’t stand to be in the same room with him BUT, every sales agent is packed in one room. i can work from home and have for over a month now. here’s the problem. my boss sent me an e-mail to “remind” me about our office meeting at 1pm today. I CAN’T BE in the same room with this awful person for 1 hour! HAS ANYONE OUT THERE worked with someone like this (of course)? HOW DID YOU HANDLE IT? (i don’t need the job… but i don’t want to let down my current clients).

What should I do, as Yahoo and MSN toolbars block office software from functioning correctly on my home PC?

I already turned off pop-up blockers and enabled prompts for ActiveX controls and downloads from IE ‘Tools” and “internet options”, but still I cannot log in to the home-based application from the office. Either I am sent back to the first log in page, or a prompting message says “log in failure, not recognized” or “error, could not retrieve connection information”.

How would you make the tax system fair?

I personally believe that if spending was taxed instead of income it would be a much more fair system. Instead of having different tax rates for different incomes, and impossible to understand tax laws, wouldn’t a simple flat sales tax be more fair since more taxes would be paid by the rich since they spend more? Wouldn’t this also get away from a lot of the loop holes that companies take advantage of to pay less in tax? When they buy more land, buildings, office equipment… they would pay tax. Simple huh?

I guess I am just interested in hearing other opinions.

disjoined my domain cannot log into my computer?

I got my laptop from office Windows Xp SP2 have to press ALT+CTRL+DEL and it had my user name password and domain.
i messed up the domain in trying to use my home printer.
Now the start sign on page when the computer starts has only user name and password and the domain label as well as the choice has disappered instead it has only user name and password . When I type in my password it shows an error and the computer does not let me log in.
What to do.
I have just joined the company a fe dyas back so wold like to resolve this on my own
