We have been together for almost two years and she is under a lot of stress from work ,home etc. We enjoyed a great intimate relationship but have not had relations for 7 months now. She asked for time alone to sort things out. My nature is to help and am having a hard time not calling her etc.She said she loves me but now not enough to get married.we often talked about this as to when etc. She said its not me.She said she has nothing to give. Wants to get her back. I see subtle signs of improvement but am worried and confused.Any insight would be a great comfort.Thank you
