This T.V. station is brand new and nobody’s heard of it yet. It plays old T.V. shows, a real estate show and a cooking show. You can only watch this station if you don’t have cable. I don’t have a degree in advertising and my sales experience is all over the phone (cross-selling bank products). Any ideas on how I can pitch this? I’ll be making cold calls and going door to door to small businesses.

I’m moving to Chicago in the next two weeks for a new job. The job is located near one of the L stations near O’hare. I’m single and 30. Where should I live so that my job isn’t too difficult or long of a commute and I’m either in a cool/interesting, safe (no gang issues) part of the city or in an area that is not too far from a cool/interesting, safe area. I’d like to be as close as possible to a blue line stop. I’m looking for a 2 bedroom apartment/flat to rent.
Also, would living in Portage Park or Jefferson Park be considered lame?

Can I do to have him stop smuthering me? He won’t let me hang with girlfriends and when I did he called me every 15 minutes asking when I’d be home. He is also mad because I work with a man and I told my husband that we joke with each other he told me it is time for a new job. What can I do? It is only getting worse and I left out one more thing, he is OCD and he denies it.
People say I am attractive and that puts his mind at worry, also his ex cheated on him.
The tenant is current on his rent and has always paid on time. He went to drive a truck as a new job and came home to find his house up for sale and the gas turned off. Is this legal and what can he do about it?
I have been married for 13 years now, 3 kids, and for 6 months now, I have been trying to get a new job. Well, I got a job offer, put in my two week notice, and accepted the new job in a different state. I leave in two weeks, and have put my home up for sale but has not sold yet too, so my wife and kids will stay until we sell the house, or so I thought, she now says she is not going, she says she doesn’t want to be that far away from her parents and family. Man!!! what do I do? I don’t want this job, I’m ready to move, and the kids want to move too. What do I do?
We did talk about this for the last 6 months, and she said yes to the move.
