Neighbor is criticizing my house I have for sale?

I have a house that needs some work that Im selling as a handy man special. I buy and sell house for a living and have done this for years. But the guy that owns the property next door and around the house keeps coming over when the realtor is there with a potential buyer and saying there is a million things wrong that really are not. What can I do about this. he has ran several people off doing this. Is there any laws that prevent this. i have no trespassing signs up now to maybe detour him from coming around.

nosy neighbor?

How do i stop a neighbor that everytime i go outside he comes over, and now my home is for sale and everytime someone comes down to look at the house, he goes outside in his pajamas, which he wears day and nite outside, and just stares them down, i have told him in the past to not go out if someone is looking at the house, He does not listen, He is from Greece, an older man, and understands english, I dont know what to do as he is turning people off,

Do you have an oddball neighbor?

The man next door put our dog up for sale in a hand written ad that he posted all over walmart. He put our address and telphone number on the cards and posted them in the pet aisle. Since then (3 days ago) I have gotten a lot of calls about the ad (our dog is not for sale). It ticked me off a little that he did that so I was thinking of listing his house or car for sale but that would be stooping to his level. We cannot leave the house without this seeing and/or hearing him cuss out his family members. We bought our house 3 years ago and this is “the” house..this is where we want to stay. Ignoring the “Klopecs” next door has become difficult. My husband is thinking some really good, and LOUD fireworks on the 4th. We are not in city limits and it is allowed out here. That was rotten what he did putting our dog up for sale. The dog isn’t mean, he just jumped our fence a few times and ran through the guys yard.
BTW we have apologized for our dog and try our best to keep him confined..but the response we get is a ‘grunt’ from this guy.

Real estate law question?

What is the property called such as a driveway or other improvement on a right of way? The builder of my neighbor’s house built a drive way on the right of way that is between both our properties. The home-owner whom I bought my house from was supposed to re-imburse the builder. I do not know this as fact. The neighbor says the builder put the cost of the extra driveway into the selling price of their house and that they own it.
It is the only paved passage to my parking pad of my house. They are claiming I have to put in a new drive way to get to it or drive on the right of way that is essentially my front yard. Any terminology or cases links pertaining issues similiar to this would be helpful.

Unbearable Neighbor?

There is a guy in my neighborhood that is, in my opinion, pure evil. He has no friends out here. He is a total snob. He shows off to everyone out here. We have an association and he does not abide by any of the rules. They have fined him. He defies that. They have gone as far as law suits. He threatens them and they back off. He took out a half page of the local newspaper telling how horrible his home was to try and make the other home values go down. He is smart enough to know his limits. He has never crossed the line, so nothing can be done to him. He was once made to put his house up for sale by the association. He made sure that he was a total a$$ to all prospects, which led to no sale and getting rid of him. He paid cash for his house and he flaunts that at everyone. What would you do? I am newly elected on the board here and we are totally dumbfounded. Our attorney says there is nothing more we can do until he breaks the law. We just want to get rid of him!!
The surveillence cameras are a good thought, but he already beat us to it. He installed them in every window of his home and records all activity on the block. He is on the end, so he has a view all the way down the street. Signs are prohibited in the neighborhood, so he went as far as putting writing down the side of his Mercedes to thwart us with derogatory messages. We couldn’t do anything about that. He seems to be quite intelligent. One of the member here suggested that we should report this to his place of employment. We found out that he is high up in his company. How they can stand him, God only knows. The attorney said that he could then possibly sue us for several different laws if we did that.
One more thing I forgot to add, he also threatened to take a substantial loss on his home and sell it to a convicted sex offender if he was forced to sell again. There are no schools near us, so we couldn’t deny the sale. That would be a nightmare to all of us, even worse than him!
