Can my landlord put the property up for sale during my lease? (Florida)?

My landlord listed the property and they have been actively showing it. I’ve been cooperating but it has been very intrusive. My lease is up on July 31st, I’ve been packing for the move and she complained that the house wasn’t showable last time. What are my rights? Can I refuse to show it?

Anybody know if there is some hidden problem with this type of sale?

I recently signed a contract to buy a new home from the builder, previous contract fell through, the home is ready for move in, I was told closing costs would be paid by the builder. The contract is contingent upon me financing thru the builders mortgage company. I paid a pretty large earnest fee, 8k. I was reluctant to pay this without talking to the lender first but of the course I was told their mortgage co would be able to provide any other rates that banks quoted me. As it was, I had a preapproved loan, and yes it is at a much better rate. Now it looks like I am stuck with this deal. The papers provided by the mortgage co don’t reflect any closing costs being paid by the builder, they actually have my earnest money listed in this block. Am I being taken for a ride here? Any help out there?

Please Help!!!?

My husband and I want to tranfer to a new house where there is better community and neighborhood. He told me to rent an apartment first while waiting for somebody to buy his old house. Is it advisable to rent an apartment first while waiting for somebody to buy the house or move to a new house.

What should I do, ask for it back or let it go???

It all started when the love of my life came back into my life for the second time. She and her family moved in with me from out of state shortly afterwords. Big move, she started trying to sale her house. Long story short! I got deployed overseas for a year, she stayed in my/our house and it didn’t work out that we could get married before I left. Before I left I went out and partied and almost or did cheated on her. No sex but I did mess up. Well stupid me confessed when I could have gotten away with it. I wanted to be totally honest about my mistake. The question is, she kept our wedding ring and also will not talk about paying back a $2500 lone from me to pay her delingant land taxes. It was clearly a lone. There are many other things but to much to list. Should I ask for any of it back or just let it go. She left without even telling me, trashed the house and moved back to where she came from. It is very painful for both of us. Should I persue or let it go?
At this point neither of us want to get back together. Also she would not get a job like agreed until she did decide to leave. This was a year that I surported her and her three kids.
