There is a light industrial building for sale It has been on the market for 3 years?
I am in Michigan and they are asking $260000 for the building it has been on the market for 3 years . They offered to sell it to us on a land contract(the owner) for $225000. for 1-2 years and then they want us to get a mortgage. Do you think that is a fair value 6500 square feet, with a 3 ton crane and air conditioning

Home Building 101 Michigan?
I have HAD it with looking at everyone elses crappy for sale houses.
Assuming I will already have the land, what can I expect to pay for a stick built home? I am expecting a well to 150 feet and a septic system. I have scouted wells and will pay $4000, my septic will range between $5000 and $10000… Lets assume I build a very basic ranch with a basement…3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Anyone with building experience that can help me figure out that price?
I don’t know where I can find information about this. This home will be in the greater lansing area of Michigan. We don’t have any work right now in any sector, so finding a competitive price for a builder won’t be an issue.

Marketing jobs that don’t involve sales?
I have a bachelors degree in marketing, but haven’t been able to use it to land a marketing job due to lack of experience. So I’ve been working temp jobs, mainly doing clerical work. All I seem to find are sales jobs, even thru monster and careerbuilder. I really don’t want to do sales as I don’t have the personality for it. I was hoping to find something more along the lines of creative, research, advertising, brand/product development, etc. but those jobs tend to want someone with experience. I live in Michigan which makes it that much harder. What cities are good for marketing besides NY and LA.? I’m open to relocation, preferably in the southeast. Is anyone out there experiencing the same thing I’m going through? If so, what did you do: did you eventually find the marketing job you were looking for or did you just settle for a sales job or did you just switch to a totally different field? I’m starting to regret that I chose marketing. Should I choose a different field?
