Customer Service Manager Salary??? 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER?

I am looking for responses from actual Customer Service Managers in a large corporate office setting. I have Sales Management Experience but this is my first venture into Customer Service Management.

I am in the Chicago land area.

PLEASE NO SALARY.com links I AM LOOKING TO HEAR FROM REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS or HR MANAGER THAT WOULD ACTUALLY KNOW AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE.

Job description requirement below:

Company is a “fluid power” and other industrial products distributor

The ideal candidate must possess 4-8 years of inside sales management experience, excellent leadership, communication, computer and organizational skills. In addition, the candidate should be customer service oriented and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This job requires at least 6-10 years of experience in an industrial setting, a college degree (preferred) and the ability to be a team player as well as a team leader.

If I complete a pharmaceutical sales certification course, what are my chances of landing a job?

My biggest problem is that I have no college degree. Other than that I am very motivated, intelligent, hard-working, etc. I have five years of management skills, that I think would transfer well to the world of sales. My question is that if I take a pharmaceutical sales certification course, will that be enough to help me get the job, or am I still out of the running for being degree-less?

I am looking for the typical cost of a “paid assessment disclosure letter”, from a HOA management company.

Mine is wanting to charge me 160.00 USD for the letter, and I think that is just outrageous. I’ve paid for one once before and I dont think it cost anywhere near this much. This pertains to the sale of your home, you must verify that you paid all your HOA dues while living at the property. If anyone can give me some figures of what they paid, so I can tell if this is a rediculous price or about average it would really help. Right now I am steaming mad over this, b/c I probably have no recourse and will just have to pay it. I think the last letter I paid was more in the 20.00 USD range, and this just has really got me angry at this management firm.

For Florida residents: What are some good growth management solutions for your community?

More road building was proposed in the Tampa Bay area. To take some pressure off of our super clogged roads. A major highway project that would connect Tampa to the rest of Hillsborough and Pinellas county. In other words, connecting the city to the suburbs. It has been criticized because many folks want a true mass transit system here instead of cars. Also, the ones on the county commissioner’s board are major landowners and would benefit greatly from the sale of land in this project. And I mean millions. In other words, old fashioned Florida corruptness. Another growth management technique is impact fees that go to benefit the schools in Pinellas county. New residents move in and must pay a lump sum of a few thousand dollars to offset the damage that growth does. What are some techniques in your community? This place is growing FAST!
