I’m Pro-Life (I wanna see Roe V. Wade overturned and I want the Voters of the States to decide once and for all if Abortion is Legal or not)

Pro-death penalty (am against executing Juveniles under 16 and am against executing the Mentally retarded and Mentally Ill)

Pro gun

I oppose Gay Marriage – they might as well conduct a fake wedding in their Home

Welfare should go only to Disabled People, War Veterans, War Widows and any Widow who is unable to work (because of needing to be there for her Children)

Get rid of Income Tax, get a National Sales Tax of 30% (it worked for this Country before)

Privatize Social Security

Fight Illegal Immigration

Increase Military Defense.

All Schools on U.S. Soil should be funded by State and Local money only (only Schools on bases should get Fed Money)

Federal should handle only External things (such as Foreign Affairs and crimes commited in more than one state).

Internal things are matters for State and Local Govt

FSOB What are the Legal Docs necessary (where can I get em)& what is the correct procedure in purchasing Land?

I am purching a property it is For Sale by Owner (FSOB). I already have the approval from the bank -A Residential Loan. The banker told me to ask if the seller had a preference for a title company. She said no, then days later said that she did not think that a title company was necessary.
You should know I have an appointment with the banker to ask him myself. I just wanted your input and maybe some sound advise.

for Filipino Lawyers/Legal Advisers/people who know about Philippine Laws on Tenancy

I’m having some problems with one of our tenants. she is insisting that since i am the one who terminated our lease agreement, that should give her the privelege to stay in our apartment for THREE FREE MONTHS. we have a contract that states “either lessor or lessee shall have the right to terminate the lease for cause by giving notice to the other of the intention of at least 30 days before termination.” i gave her the notice last January and we asked her to leave on March 20 (which is more than 30 days). she still hasnt left yet and now she is demanding that she has the right to stay in our apartment for THREE WHOLE MONTHS WITHOUT PAY. also, she has always been a delinquent payer, to the point that she owes us 5 months of rent.

is there any legal justifications of the FREE THREE MONTH STAY she is insisting on?

please help. thank you.

Legal ? LA. someone I know waived rights to community prop? Does she have any rights to the house in divorce?

She signed a cash of sale agreement that waived her rights. It states the HE is acquiring the property as HIS SEPARATE PROPERTY with his separate funds, for use under his separate admin. and control – BUT the house payments were paid with community funds – with both of their paychecks. Does she have legal rights to it in the property settlement of a divorce?

Legal Rights To Deceased Grandparents Land?

My moms grandfather passed away about 5 years ago but when he passed away he left no will stating who would receive what, now here we are here 5 years later and the real estate market is down but they are putting up commercial property everywhere so my mom and here aunts and uncles decide to sell the land. But my moms mother passed away just recently and she was considered an aire to 2.2 acres out of the 8.8 acres of land that he had left behind. But my mothers aunts and uncles have already signed a contract to sell the 8.8 acres and my mothers signature is not on that paper. Me and my mother thought that something was wrong with this because her aunts and uncles inherited there parents land, but never settled it until just recently but my mothers mom is now deceased. So wouldn’t my mother be in-titled to the 2.2 acres that was in-titled to her mother before she passed away and if so could we take legal action against her aunts and uncles which decided to put the land up for sale
without first consulting my mother? Thanks in advance for your help.
