i do know facts reg. this iss the land lords are investors and my boss and this other p have 3 diff. Co they do 1st manfactured home dealer who i wk for, 2 co is land devlp. whit owner carry note when ready 3rd is buy and build specs to sell quickly. they normally dont rent just ply banker. a person who they purchased MFH and land from found a loop hole after they had paid for property rehabed and was almost ready for sale. short story perv. opwner destructed there property was being held on 4 felony account. and somehow was able to very quickly get huge judgements against them but just notify there account . DA called to say cant procute due to default on judgement. my prop. is under that comp. land lord has no real answers for me waiting on there attor. but now in this sitution he doest seem even willing to update lease cause there trying to find fragulent schems as a loop hole too i guess i donot have the money to move. i did resign from wk because he feels housing is declined scare
