I am looking for a nice apartment to rent in Prague for 6 months – 1 year, starting in July.
My wish list is: in Prague-1, close to Old Town Square. High ceilings, big windows, two bedrooms minimum, preferably three. I am searching through a couple websites like http://www.PragueRealEstate.cz and http://www.happyhouserentals.com , I would like to find as much as possible.
My dream apartment would be to have a whole rooftop area to myself. Some top floor apartments include this.
My landlord listed the property and they have been actively showing it. I’ve been cooperating but it has been very intrusive. My lease is up on July 31st, I’ve been packing for the move and she complained that the house wasn’t showable last time. What are my rights? Can I refuse to show it?

My dad passed away last July and owned a house in Louisiana.He did not have a will,but in Louisiana it goes to the kids.Taxes are due in July of $1,500.00 and we cant pay it at this time.We dont want to loose the house and I was wondering if we got the deed,could we go get a loan for the taxes and pay it back once we sale the house?Also how do we get the will and deed with out going to Louisiana?I know nothing about any of this and need as much help as I can get.We still have a family living in the house that wont pick up the phone and have not paid rent since last June 2005.Somebody PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!Also my sister and I live in Atl.Ga,so its hard to make a trip to Louisiana.
