What should I do with my job?
I work for one of the well know Pest Control companys in the country. I’m in sales and my job is to go to peoples homes and sell the treatments. The way it works is, I have to make my draw of the month first before I get commision on my sales. I’m the best sales person in the region right now but my boss just seem unsatisfy with my work. When I don’t get sales he thinks I’m taking a vacation. I’m busting my butt off and also, before I get pay for the jobs I sold, the work have to be done first. They’re short of technicians and sometimes he would ask me to go do the job myself. This happen for the 4th time now. I was hired to be the sales person but now, I have to go do the technicians job too in order for me to get pay. The worse thing is, I don’t get pay for doing the technicians job. I feel like I have to do everything on order to get pay the money I already earned. His boss would get on his asss for being so freakin unorganized and then he would get my asss too. What should I do?
how do you go about leasing a business that is already established.?
the business is a local store/gas station and the owner wants to retire out. He is willing to lease or sale. since we have never owned a store before we wanted to lease for acouple of yrs then consider buying .what we dont understand is the stock that is in the store now do we buy it out or does it come as part of the lease and how do we 4 of us quit our jobs immediately and have a income. and also does he get a profit from the stores sales or is this all to be our profit once the store is leased?We wanted to save extra monthly to come up with the collaterl to buy this being that it is a large amount of money… is there a lease to own or could the owner do his own financing without us going to the bank We do own homes but do not want to use them as collateral. any lease information would be greatly appreciated.

wife makes more money than me. my credit is better. she has a steady job. what mortgage loan is for us?
i have had a couple of jobs in the last year. she is a teacher so she has had steady work. My credit is 730. her credit is a little less. I am looking for a loan type to have an idea when we go into a bank.
