This house was built in Illinois and all the water lines were installed by some one other then a plumber. now the house is for sale after less then 1 year and the home owner is not diclosing this

How can I buy a cheap piece of land to get started in investing?
How can I buy a cheap piece of land to get started in investing? I would like to start investing in property. I don’t have alot of money. What are the name of some taxsales, foreclosure sales, landsales or what is the name of the place in Illinois that I can go to to see properties that have tax liens on them? Is it the Cook County Treasurers Office? Can anyone or even some investors teach me the ropes or give me info on how to get started? Thank-you in advance for you guys help.

I would like to find a repossed mobile home or one for sale at good price in Tuscola or around that Area. This is Illinois. At least 2 bedrooms and in good condition. Hopefully parked in trailer court or small piece of land.

Illinois home builder wants direct link to Co.s working in the Katrina area presently.?
30 years home building/improvement experience. 50 years old. State (IL) licensed roofer (limited)). Experience includes framing,roofing,siding,window/door,interior trim,cabinet/countertop installation. Have supervised as many as seven workers at a time. Want full time work with, established company with solid background. Not afraid of hands on work/working hard…prefer it. Do not need to be a boss. Have no problems taking orders or doing what I am told. Have been working,almost exclusively,for my brother-in-law as a sub-contractor,building homes,the last seven years.no longer my brother-in-law.This part of northwestern Illinois was primarily an industrial manufacturing area, most jobs are gone now. We have seen a steady down turn in new home starts. Brother-in-law was stationed at Ft. Polk LA.. Father-in-law winters in central FL.Have been to both areas several times. Wife is considering accepting early retirement offer. We are looking at our options. Serious responses only.Thank you

Wyoming or Illinois LLC? Or Illinois DBA?
I live in Illinois & do computer consulting, no product for sale other than the thoughts in my head. Little chance of being sued or any other corporate liability. My husbands company is my customer & if he knows what is good for him… 
Is it better to form a LLC in Wyoming rather than Illinois? Or should I just form a DBA in Illinois? It seems rather cost prohibitive to LLC in Illinois.
Is there a tax incentive for me to LLC in Wyoming? I know that they have no personal income tax or corporate tax, but how does that help me in Illinois the land of Lincoln & giant taxes?
I’ve researched it & still am wondering about how that translates to my tax liability in Illinois.
I do like the benefits of a LLC & it seems I only have to file once a yr personally, are there quarterlys also? Do I have to file the DBA separately? & do quarterlys?

I don’t think the OR was seen. I only want to do one OR the other. Not both, & certainly not one in one state & another in another state.
You do not have to be a resident of the state you LLC or incorporate in. If you did, Delaware would be 6ft deep in people as it’s not physically large enough to hold all the folks incorporated there.
It is not illegal to bill another company for the time you spend working on things they contracted you to do. I am an independent contractor currently working for his company. I also would like the option to contract my services to another company that needs tech help which makes being indy a bit sticky. Hence my question LLC or DBA. All I really want to know is there is a personal advantage to one or the other.
I do have an accountant. He’s very $$$. If I am going to ask him a question, I want my ducks in a row. Which includes asking the dumber questions on here = free. Then take the answer(s) research it, then ask the intelligent question =
