If I just refinanced my house last year, is it a bad idea to do it again this year?

Also, what about these companies who offer lending 125% more of your mortgage balance? New Day Financial does this. Is there any catch? I’m trying to borrow and extra $30,000 which is why I’m looking at refinancing.

I had a business idea….the idea is to start a mobile advertising agency called…”advertiser on wheels”. ..

where a advertising rep comes to your business and home…..and helps to promote your business…..and respresents all the sign manufacturers on the net, Vistaprint.com, and all the customized products companies. I would hire a knowledgable advertsing rep for each area…..and just collect 10% royalties for each territory. I would do this across Canada and the USA. Would this work???? What improvements could be made to make this work????

Is it a good idea to move from Chicago to Las Vegas to start a new business in mortgage?

Now I am working in a Mortgage Company in Chicago with stable salary and I own a condo and a car. Our company is expanding to Las Vegas, I’d like to know if I shall move to Las Vegas to start a new branch office over there? I will be the office manager, but my income will be commission based with totally new market. I have no idea Las Vegas’s real estate industry and mortgage market, and what will be my new career future in Las Vegas? I m a single girl. Just seperated with BF. Shall I sell my condo in Chicago before I move to Las Vegas or keep it, in case later, i can come back Chicago if the market is not good in LV. How can I keep my condo here in Chicago, rent it out, who take care of the rent and maintainence? It is a big challenge choice for me. thanks and look forward to getting your instant response.

What would it cost to tear down a mobile home and replace it with a modular?

My husband and I are looking to buy our own home. I am very interested in modular homes (there are lots of nice ones that I have looked at). We threw around the idea of buying land and putting in our own, but there are so many hidden costs, like drilling a well, hooking up electricity, plumbing, water….all of that stuff. So then I thought about buying a mobile home that recently come up for sale in our area, tearing it down, and replacing it with a nice modular. What kind of hidden costs would we get into there? Does anybody have any idea what it would cost?
