If the cost of a home varies greatly across the country do the average incomes vary accordingly?
If so, then are items from catalogs or on ebay much “cheaper” for some than others? Around me the average nice home costs between $100,000- $175,000 but that is outrageously high for where I grew up where the same houses would go for $40,000-$120,000 at the very most. But I see homes for sale in other parts of the country that are not as nice going for $500,000! How can these people pay for these houses? How much do homes cost in your area and how much do people make there? Are the prices of Mcdonald’s higher also? For someone where I grew up buying a $100 item on ebay is spending about a day’s wages. Is it fair that someone who is doing the same job in another part of the country gets the same item so much “cheaper”. Does anyone know what I’m talking about? If so please let me know how you feel and what you know about this subject.
My landlord sold the house we are living in since May 1999 and has giving us 30 days to vacate the house?
THE LANDLORD POSTED A FOR SALE SING A FEW MONTHS AGO, WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THAT HE WAS GOING TO SELL THE HOUSE THEN IN A FEW DAYS PEOPLE STARTED TO SHOW UP, AT FIRST THE LAND LORD GOT MAD BECAUSE WE DIDN’T WANTED TO LET HIM IN TO SHOW THE HOUSE AROUND,HE SAID IT WAS HIS PROPERTY AND THAT HE COULD GET IN THE HOUSE WHEN EVER HE PLEASED. I GUESS THAT THE REALSTATE AGENT TOLD HIM THAT HE COULDN’T DO THAT SO HE STARTED TO LEAVE NOTES ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT HE WAS GOING TO SHOW THE PROPERTY ONE DAY BEFORE, SO I GUESS THAT WAS OK. RIGHT? SO TODAY AUGUST 14 2006 HE TELLS US HE HAS SOLD THE HOUSE AND THAT THE NEW OWNER WANTED THE HOUSE DISOCUPPIED BY SEPTEMBER 14 2006. SO IS THIS RIGHT? I KNOW WE PAID FIRST AND LAST MONTH AHEAD. IS THIS ALL WE GET 30 DAYS AFTER 6 YEARS. WILL IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WETHER IT IS A LEASE OR A RENT AGREEMENT. PLEASE HELP…

What is the fair going rate for sales commissions for Colorado home sale?
Can anyone tell me what the fair market compensation is for sales commission for the broker of a home sale in Colorado is? What should I consider fair for the seller of my home and the buyers agent? Thanks very much! Going through a divorce, have to sell my home…think my soon to be ex and her friend are trying to screw me on the commission. maybe kicking back some to her on the side. Appreciate any opinions.
