I can’t find a job with a college degree anyone having the same problem?

I am graduating with a finance degree and have a 3.5 GPA…..and I still can’t find a job!! I have interviewed with quite a few companies and nothing!!! I dress really nice with a suit and tie, and not that it should matter but I am goodlooking, have had work experience, good grades at a pretigious business school And yet still can’t land a job unless its a lame financial sales position. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Am I doing something that is turning employers away? I dont know what to do, I am frustrated and am begining to think I worked my ass off the last four years for nothing….college is overrated.

Why are tobacco products Legal?

Ok, besides the fact that top tobacco companies give hundreds of millions of dallars to campaign finance, and the government makes over 1 dollar a pack in taxes, why are tobacco products legal?

Home remedies that have proven to be harmful can’t be sold as home remedies anymore.

Tobacco products do absolutely no good for anyone, so why are they even legal? They harm the user, period. There is no benefit, nothing good about Tobacco products.

I am not a “truth” person or a big “anti-smoker”. I am just looking at it from a logical point of view.

Other than the government making a ton of money from tobacco sales and contributions, what is the benefit of having them legal?
ok, I know I answered the main question, then what are the benefits of any tobacco products?

How do ordinary people finance mobile home purchases??

I’m referring to mobile homes that are for sale in mobile home parks. Banks will not mortgage them because they are not considered property unless they are on their own land with a permanent foundation. So when I see these mobile homes in a park for sale at 60K or 80K or 100K .. how the heck do people buy these things? I can’t imagine getting a conventional bank loan because the interest would be insane. Does anybody know how an average Joe buys a mobile home???
Yes, I’m talking about mobile/manufactured homes, not RV’s lol.
I’m not asking for advice on whether I should buy one or not. I’m asking HOW do people buy these things, and afford them? It seems that if you’re paying $1000 or more a month for a mobile home loan, why not just buy a house?

Just trying to comprehend how folks buy these things, cause they are all over the place where I live (Delaware).

We bought a house, and used the funds from the sale of our previous house to pay for it. however we had to bridge finance our home, and the lawyer short paid the bank. now they won’t answer calls or letters to explain what happened. what can we do?
