whay do i do? KYLIE tickets…?

What do I do? I have always wanted to see Kylie, and last year when her tickets went on sale a good friend of mine died and her mum couldnt afford the funeral so i decided that her funeral was more important than Kylie (who is my fave and i have never seen live) and gave my $$ to her mum for the funeral instead! later my cousin heard of 2 tickets on sale and bought them as a surprise for me, but unfortunately Kylie got ill and postponed… now however i have been travelling for a long time and have been in 1 place for 6 months and i have a job and a fiance here (love at first sight) I really really wanna see Kylie and i wanna see my family too but i dont wanna leave him behind but we cant afford to both go back to my home… what do i do? miss Kylie or risk going home and having to stay away ages while i save to come back here. its about $6000 Australian for a return ticket… and i have my return home but then id have to get another one to come back here and home
oops just saw the typo… what do i do? sory bout that
thats it from now on im typing slower… or ill keep making typos sorry

Should we buy a mobile home?

My fiance and I live in a two bedroom apartment. To make a long story short, we aren’t very happy living here… we have a room mate who is very uncleanly, the bathroom is in the room mates bedroom, his dog isn’t potty trained… and many more reasons why we hate this apartment. Well, we looked at a very nice 1997 Champion Atlanta mobile home for sale for 17,300. We were approved for the loan from the bank. Its in a decent area, on the edge of a mobile home park. Problem is, we will be buying the trailer and not the land. We are very tight on money. Should we stay in this crappy apartment, or buy this trailer? (We don’t want to buy a house yet, because we have a low income, and we would only be able to get a house for like 30K which wouldn’t be in good shape. We don’t want to rent a different apartment, because we are allowed pets here.)

Any possible way … first-time homebuyers?

Here’s our situation. We have been renting the same place for 10+ years and want to buy a small home that’s for sale. My fiance gets paid cash (and gets paid enough to cover the estimated mortgage). We don’t have great credit (minor flaws from probably 5+ years ago).

Obviously, I’m prepared to hear that I’m crazy for bothering. What steps should I take to improve our chances of obtaining a home? Are there any programs or loans that might give us a shot? (We’re in CT, if that helps.) We have little family and we really don’t even know who to talk to, so any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Bought a home, got engaged, 4 years together, he wants out. What are my rights? Found out he’s alrdy married!

When we met 4 yrs ago, he told me that he was not married. so we bought a home together and got engaged. That’s when I learned from his son that he was still married. I was told by my fiance not to worry because he had not lived with his wife in 8 years and that he would get a divorce. When I began, after 3 years to pressure him to get started with the divorce, he said he did not want to divorce. He said it would cost him too much money. He is not going back to his wife, but refuses to get a legal separation or divorce. He is also worried that his controlling daughter, who is 27 yrs, will not have anything to do with him if he divorces his wife. She told him that he will not be able to see his grandaughter anymore. So, we have to sell the house of which I have grown to love. I have since retired and am having a hard time finding another house on my fixed income. Do I have any rights at all? Thanks (Our house is up for sale now)
