Mp Problem is I allway get cut short on every job. I love what I do But I under estamate the jobs. I run low on dollars and time and work a few day for free just to get paid. I figure 300.00 per day + supplys. The job goes well However I lose in the end finishing up a few days. It Killing Me !!!!!!!!!! HELP at 51 I am getting too old for this crap !!!!!!!
i am a home pc user without internt connection, a few days ago i reinstallation winxp with administrator password but later i forget the password, now when i want to log on it asking for a password, can u tell me how to retreive the password through batch file or any othr solution coz i don’t have any other user to log on,

THE LANDLORD POSTED A FOR SALE SING A FEW MONTHS AGO, WITHOUT LETTING US KNOW THAT HE WAS GOING TO SELL THE HOUSE THEN IN A FEW DAYS PEOPLE STARTED TO SHOW UP, AT FIRST THE LAND LORD GOT MAD BECAUSE WE DIDN’T WANTED TO LET HIM IN TO SHOW THE HOUSE AROUND,HE SAID IT WAS HIS PROPERTY AND THAT HE COULD GET IN THE HOUSE WHEN EVER HE PLEASED. I GUESS THAT THE REALSTATE AGENT TOLD HIM THAT HE COULDN’T DO THAT SO HE STARTED TO LEAVE NOTES ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT HE WAS GOING TO SHOW THE PROPERTY ONE DAY BEFORE, SO I GUESS THAT WAS OK. RIGHT? SO TODAY AUGUST 14 2006 HE TELLS US HE HAS SOLD THE HOUSE AND THAT THE NEW OWNER WANTED THE HOUSE DISOCUPPIED BY SEPTEMBER 14 2006. SO IS THIS RIGHT? I KNOW WE PAID FIRST AND LAST MONTH AHEAD. IS THIS ALL WE GET 30 DAYS AFTER 6 YEARS. WILL IT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WETHER IT IS A LEASE OR A RENT AGREEMENT. PLEASE HELP…
I live in los Angeles California
In my town there is a medium size lake with an island in the middle, the island is for sale and on it is about 4 small cabins. It has been unused for about 2-3 years now. Me and my friends were planning on canoeing over to the island at night and camping out on it for a few days. What we wanted to know is if this is a serious crime to trespass a private island, and if we attempted to break into one of the cabins and SOMEHOW got caught, what would the consequences be? Would it be breaking and entering? There is a very low change that we will be caught, but we all want to be aware of the legal consequences just in case. Also has anyone attempted anything like this, if so do you have any tips or advise?

I want to buy land that is still out in the middle of nowhere, but within a few days or a day of driving, i am back to the city and civilization.
i am 19 and i need to buy land anywhere in this country, somewhere not too hot, i prefer colder than hotter but at the same time i want to be able to plant food, farm. I would go for land in a hot place if it is near a pretty big water source but not an ocean. I have from 10,000 $ to 20,000 to spend but i might only be able to spend about 15000. what is the easiest way to find land for sale, a huge list of them, possibly online? I have to get moving with some land this year. i dont know where to check out prices for land. I am wondering if I can find some in colorado. i have my eye on colorado.
