Ex is from Philippines. Six year old daughter has no passport but could be taken anywhere in USA. Ex is about to get a large sum of money from sale of mutually-owned house. Won’t say where she is living in the area but I know. Won’t say where she is working either but I don’t know that yet. Could go anywhere as she has history of quitting jobs easily. She wants weekend with daughter — hasn’t been spending any real time with her since June of last year. Fear is that Ex will take off with her. Only trust letting her visit at ex’s apartment while I wait outside (ex is keeping her apartment a secret, why I don’t know). Daughter is seeing a child therapist to help her cope with mother not being in her life. We both have lawyers but I need thoughts on whether it is even advisable for her to have time with our daughter until she builds up stability. I have primary custody.
I and my husband have been thinking about getting a divoice. I however am in the process of selling my home that I had before our marrige, I really need to sell my home now but my fear is because we live in a community property state and because he has expressed that he thinks he should be paid for the monies he has put towards the mortgage payments throughout our almost 4 yr marraige he feels I owe him in the event I sell the house and if we divoice- I really am not in agreement with this.
