How far below asking price should I offer on a home for sale right now in the Denver area?

I’m trying to find true comps for some kind of measure, but the fact of the matter is that NOTHING has sold in the last 6 months that could be considered a comp. They’ve been for sale that long, or longer, but nothing has sold. When I bought my first house in 1995, the realtor told me that a house on the market over 120 days meant something was wrong with it. Probably the price. Does that mean that virtually all homes are overpriced right now, and the market is in the process of correcting? Do I just forget about buying right now, or make a real low offer and see what happens. I wouldn’t pay full price for a home right now, even if it were perfect.

What are my chances on getting the job ?

After my initial interview went well with a well known staffing agency. They wanted me to come back for shadowing the following week. So, I go in tomorrow Wednesday for shadowing and I’m trying to figure out my chances. Given the fact that I have at least 6 months in this particular sales field I feel very comfortable in landing this job. It’s not that I’m nervous about the 4 hours of shadowing tomorrow, but having been unemployed for 1 month I would like to wrap this up before the 1st of December. Given the fact that I have 6 months experience, I scored very well on all assessments, and I really want the job. What are my chances on getting hired in the month of December ? My expectations would be to start Dec 2nd, or next Monday. Would a employment agency bring someone aboard during the worst possible month of the year ?

Why are tobacco products Legal?

Ok, besides the fact that top tobacco companies give hundreds of millions of dallars to campaign finance, and the government makes over 1 dollar a pack in taxes, why are tobacco products legal?

Home remedies that have proven to be harmful can’t be sold as home remedies anymore.

Tobacco products do absolutely no good for anyone, so why are they even legal? They harm the user, period. There is no benefit, nothing good about Tobacco products.

I am not a “truth” person or a big “anti-smoker”. I am just looking at it from a logical point of view.

Other than the government making a ton of money from tobacco sales and contributions, what is the benefit of having them legal?
ok, I know I answered the main question, then what are the benefits of any tobacco products?

If I am still legally married yet separated would it be considered a criminal act for him to sell my things?

Im not in a position financially to divorce this creep. I basically dissappeared and started a new life from this abusive cheater. He has made it very difficult over the last year for me to retrieve my things from the home but continues to make these threats. I was hoping there would be some action I could take if he did in fact go through with this. He and his lady friend (residing in my home) would certainly profit considerably if they went through with this garage sale type of action. Thank you in advance for any advise you take time to share.
