Shopping for new Circular Saw?

Looking for recommendations on a good circular saw.. for general use around the house, home improvement projects, nothing really contractor grade. Don’t know if cordless would have enough power. Looking for reliability/durability, ease of changing blades. Thanks.

Hmmm, this is the advertising/marketing section so why can’t I advertise? I feel like your answer is violating guidelines, you didn’t answer the question, you stated your opinion and got 2 points for it. Let the people at yahoo worry about me. And if anyone out there is seriously interested please contact me. For those of you who just want to criticize then save your 2 points for a real answer to someone who will appreciate it.

Business ideas?

I want to be a business owner. I don’t have any business in mind, in particular. I have a science, math, sales background. I would like something I can do at home or part time to begin – I have small children and a wife at home. I think franchises usually want too much up front (for good reason) and this might preclude me. I DON’T want retail. I know SCORE is a good resource for ideas and advice… Is there any further guidance someone might offer me?

Why am I directed to landing.domainsponsor.com when I go to Continental.com?

Don’t go to their site. I’m sure it’s related to some spyware that got me. When I try to go to continental.com, I get taken to a site that is loaded with pop ups and says “Continental.com is for sale”.
My issue is not related to a typo or an incorrect guess of the URL for Continental Airlines. I get redirected to this site when I use Google, Yahoo or even the link from NYSE. This isn’t happening on my other PC. I ran Ad-Aware, cleared cache, etc. I am so Anti domainsponsor.com

If there are so many houses out there already for sale, then why are more and more houses being built?

If there are so many houses out there already for sale, then why are more and more houses being built? I mean, right now acres of land are being cleared to build more houses. In contrast to that, there are neighborhoods full of house for sale already. What is up with that. Don’t these contractors and builders know that the housing market is down and there are more people selling houses than buying them? What I am really trying to say is why do they just keep building houses and tearing up land when there are already so many homes out there for sale. I am talking about these neighborhoods that are being built were acres of trees used to be and having empty houses just sit there because no one is buying them. Dozens of new communities are being built with brand new houses just to end up being a waste of money and resources. I could add more, but I think I will stop here and let this though sit with you.
For the person who answered first, my county has more than a dozen new neighborhood community thingys that are either empty or less than a quarter full. I think that would qualify as many empty neighborhoods.
