He bought and sold vehicles under my dealership, causing me to lose money. He says he will fix it, but I believe he is ready to walk away. Nothing is in writing and his house is for sale. He has alot of equity in the house, but I just want to somehow recoup my loss and make him pay like he says he will. I know he owes alot of other dealers money too. We are in Colorado.

I just heard it not 10 minutes ago. I’m postitive on the $$, just not on the dealer. Can’t find on line either.
Any body have an idea?

For about a couple years now I’m trying to locate an area/lot where I can put car for sale. What a pain in the azz as far as zoning is concerned. About 6 months ago i contacted a commercial real-estate person who found only one damn lot for me out in the boonies for ship load of money every month. Needless to say, I didn’t take it. Then the other day, I found a private dealership being constructed in the same damn area I was looking into for a year now. You do they do it? I never saw a sign there that said land for sale. Where do you get these listings for land. I went to the county, they told me to go to a real-estate person. I’m stuck again. 2 dealerships have opened since in the area. This is pissing me off. I live in No. VA.
