Daddy was 92 at the time and didn’t say anything to man then daddy put the land into my name and sister too. He told the next door friend that he was going to take it on squatters rights he has been there for I think 8 years. I raise the rent 350.00 a month and I want to sale. Now is there a Lawyer out there that can tell me who’s house is this mine or his. The land is only worth 7,000 but it’ worth 50.000 with the 445 sq footage. If he stays anther 10 years he will be paying 42.000 if i was him I would just pay me out. And he can’t take on squatters because he don’t pay the taxes.

After my mother passed away in 02 my dad deeded over all the property and house to me, when he passes away can the sisters legally fight for the land and house? I also purchased all household contents and have a bill of sale for it.

I need some help please. My mom and dad live in a house that needs some work. Contractors have come and gone and now my dad is only minutes away from dying from cancer without the house being done. We have exhausted all avenues. Is there anyone out there who does home improvements that are reliable and affordable. I promised my dad that I would do all that I can to help my mom, but we are running out of time and the funds are depleted.Does anyone know people freinds or family members who might be able help me out.My mom will need to sell this house but there are things that need to be done first. If anyone out there can help me out please let me know, I am a son trying to look after his mother. Thanks You .

Mainland portion of El nido, Palawan, Philippines for sale! anyone interested?

This is my second time posting this because i had it wrong the first time bcoz i didn’t consult my parents first. The land area is: 92,231 Sq.m Total sales value: $368,924 the mainland portion is located at El nido, Palawan, Philippines. It has a long stretch of powdery white sand beach(300 meters) ideal for a resort. Since it’s in El nido “Palawan” you can rest assure that the place is gorgeous.
