trespassing on a private island, is this a serious crime, what are the consequences?

In my town there is a medium size lake with an island in the middle, the island is for sale and on it is about 4 small cabins. It has been unused for about 2-3 years now. Me and my friends were planning on canoeing over to the island at night and camping out on it for a few days. What we wanted to know is if this is a serious crime to trespass a private island, and if we attempted to break into one of the cabins and SOMEHOW got caught, what would the consequences be? Would it be breaking and entering? There is a very low change that we will be caught, but we all want to be aware of the legal consequences just in case. Also has anyone attempted anything like this, if so do you have any tips or advise?

What legal liabilities does a landlord have regarding criminal activity by tennants?

I reside in the state of Florida and a recent rental neighbor has an adult son who has broken into several homes in the area and has stolen many items from cars/garages/etc. He had been arrested for some criminal activity and is back at the house and the crime stopped while he was in jail, but has began again. The landlord has been notified on several occassions that this tennant is conducting criminal activity and could possibly be harboring stolen property within the house. Her solution is for the neighbors to move — two of which have put their homes up for sale. What recourse, if any do the neighboring victims have against the landlord??

Is this a crime?

If you sell a house and buy another one with the money from the sale of the first house and need to finish the home but have no more money or credit. You put it in your best friends name to take out a loan for you. Then 5 years later they are going to evict you from your own home eventhough you are handicapped, in a wheelchair, have no friends or family and never saw a penny of the loan. Also didn’t understand the loan would not go toward finishing the house. This is a crime. If there is a lawyer out there that will take this case and win, he/she can have the house and acre of land worth over $900,000.00 if he/she will give me $5,000.00 or 10,000.00 to find another place to live. Any lawyers out there? I’ve been duped says the Social Security. Yes, everyone knows it’s my house but I need a lawyer to help me. I am homebound and can’t get out and get the wittnesses I need. No, Legal Aid doesn’t understand.
