I have been involved with sales, and i have managed and lead other salesman with frito-lay corp for 8 years. I have trained, and i have been one of the top salesman and leaders for several years. However, i have quit that job to pursue my education. I will soon have a political science degree, and then a law degree. My question is, with my experience in sales, and business atmosphere, what are my chances in landing a great paying job with this education? What jobs or positions are offered with this education other than being an attorney? I would appreciate any one with some good answers to this question. Thank you!

What is X company’s tax consequence and the amount should have inlcude in its assessable income?

Company X is a company that buys land for residential development and sale. In January 1985 it purchased a block of land for $1million with the intention of developing home units for sale. Due to the onset of a recession the company did not commence any construction and in 1990 the company abandoned the residential development altergether. In the seme year a manager was temporarily appointed. However, soon after the appointment of the manager, a HK company Y, which develops and sells shopping complexes, injects funds into the company in return for 60% of the share in X being transferred ot Y. By this time, the value of the land had increased ot $3 million, Under the influence of the new owners of the company, Y proceed to expend $e million to develop the site as a shopping complex and sold the completed complex in Febuary 2007 for $10 million.
What is the tax consequances for Company X and amount it will have to include in its assessable income on the sale of the shopping complex??

GREAT! I have been searching for a company like yours for many years! The friendly service you gave me and my family was just unbelievable.
Our home has been the center of interest since your company has carefully guided us how to automate our home and then did an even better job installing all this equipment. I am not a technology wise guy, but after your training it feels like I been doing this for years, we can simply not live without it.
Initially we did the improvements to up the value of our home for resell, but my wife and kids refuse to leave after this new technology has been implemented.
I do not have words to describe the pleasure of independant music in every room.
