At 51 I am looking for change?

I am 51years old and need to make some changes . I now work for myself doing Home Improvements. I know I am not charging the right prices for the work I do. I work long hours and never get ahead with money. I have always lowered my price becouse I feel guilty about Money I charge. I now get 250.00 per day for High quility work. I AM NOT A MR FIX IT HANDY MAN I AM A TOP CRAFTSMEN. Why do I keep doing this in every business I do?

Am I Doing the Right Thing?

After 5 years of being a low-level corporate drone (though making a decent salary), I decided I was ready for a change. My husband and I bought a house in a new state and both got part-time jobs, while working on our real estate licenses. Just recently, my husband accepted an outside sales job that will give him the stability of a full-time job, but the flexibility of a part-time job. I haven’t been so lucky. Today I was offered a chance at a full-time job. I’m confused about whether or not to accept it. I have another 3 months before I have to start chipping away at my nest egg & the real estate exam is in August. I’d like to keep working part-time until I take the exam, but what if I don’t pass it? Plus there is still the matter of actually finding a job with a broker and even then, sales are not guaranteed. Jobs in my field are limited out here so I’m afraid to pass up the opportunity. However, when I left my last job, I swore to never return to the rat race. What would you do?

Moving: give away cat or change son’s school?

I have 2 apartments lined up. one is right around the corner from where i am now, but i won’t be able to afford pet deposit. The other apartment is closer to my job but i’d have to switch my son’s school and find a new sitter. Plus its out in the boondocks with few local stores. the rent is the same for both. Should I just cry it out and give up my cat (of 2yrs) to stay in the same area? Or move closer to my job and have to a school to switch, new community to learn,etc.-but at least keep the cat.?

help me make my choices in my life. what school to go to, what job to persue?

I’m a young man living in Ohio, and I need to make a big change in my life. I’m currently a mechanic working on performance cars but the shop I’m in has been mismanaged into the ground. I’ve got a few options but I cant make the decision. first route-go to fabrication school-learn how to build race cars chassis and suspensions. cool job, but cant do it in ohio where my family is at. option 2-change careers-I could go into auto parts retail, or try to find a job at a bookstore or home improvement store. not really a career, but regular paychecks option 3-move to florida-my dad lives there, and the car market is better there. its warmer too ( I hate being cold) option 4-massage therapy school-I’m pretty good with massage already and this career gives good pay combined with flexible hours.
the only thing to limit me to ohio is a solid live-in relationship which I dont really want to leave. tough choices.
