After my mother passed away in 02 my dad deeded over all the property and house to me, when he passes away can the sisters legally fight for the land and house? I also purchased all household contents and have a bill of sale for it.

does a bill of sale written for a mobile home hold the same legally as a title does?
being offered 4 mobile homes has no titles…wants to sign a bill of sale..owes money on 3 of them and 1 has a lien. She says everything will be okay? What can happen if I do sign this? Can someone repossess these from me because of her? I have 3 children and plan to live in one of them and rent the others. I do not want to set myself up for problems! Husband all for this I have my reservations and want to know what can happen! Is this legal? Can she sell these homes to us with money owed on them? I dont want to inherit her problems. She stated to us that the reason that she wants us to have the homes is because she can not handle them any more and does not want to be responcible for the up keep of them anymore! Well that is all fine and good but what about the liens. She has said as soon as she gets the lein paid off that she will release titles to us. What should I do? What can happen to us?

Question about Living in Minnesota?
I am 18 and considering moving to Minnesota. I do not mind the cold, but looking for a one story home. As the years go by and I hopefully can make more money, would I be able to survive in Minnesota? I mean, is the sales tax and property tax and the cost of appliances like gas bill, electricity, etc expensive or?
