We bought a house, and used the funds from the sale of our previous house to pay for it. however we had to bridge finance our home, and the lawyer short paid the bank. now they won’t answer calls or letters to explain what happened. what can we do?

can you take a mortg at a credit union and make your bank account with them even with bankruptcy on your repor
I want to take out a 1st mortgage even though bankrupcy was discharged in March of 99. We belong to a Credit Union. Is a credit union able to give you a loan (if you bank with them).
