my dog might get put up for sale or something because he’s mostly been inside of our house for like 5 years now my parents want him outside. and we got new grass in our backyard and he’s destroying it. so we are going to put him in a kennel in the back of our yard but he wont stop barking or yelping. and my parents gave him a collor that makes them stop barking, but that isnt working. what should I do? I dont want my dog to go away.
Our neighbours over the back fence are selling, and because of the huge property size (10,400 square feet) it will most likely be bought by developers, especially since it is an unattractive house. When this happens and our sky is blocked out by huge apartment buildings, not only will the sky be bloced out, but our privacy will be threatened in our backyard and property value will go down a lot.
The block of land is wonky shaped and sides around our house too, so the apartments will be on 2 out of 3 sides.
This has been our house for 10 years and is 70 years old. Our kids grew up here and it’s close to their schools, shops and the beach. We don’t know whether to move or not, and if to move to side with the demons and try get a better price by offering it to the developers so they willl have a 2 street frontage?
what would you do and what should we do? (besides, as my daughter suggested, steal the ‘for sale’ sign?

Somehow, he has two or three friends who help him. They call from various peoples phones to harrass me. He chases me down on the highway or any road he finds me on. He drives by my home. He sits across the field to give him visual access to my backyard. I have changed my number, but anyone can pay to get it again, and he has. I have tried three times to get a restraining order on him – but he has his friends come in and lie for him. At one point about 2.5 years ago, my doctor had me on major anxiety medication – I overdosed because I swear at times I just don’t care anymore. I feel like he is winning. One year ago – him and his friends went to a local park and wrote my name and phone number on a slide – along with some suggestions about what I may have for “sale” there. I have a nine year old daughter. I’ve spoken with his ex-wife, who simply tells me he is crazy. Oh – I agree. He says he hates me – but then why does he bother me. Any answers would be great. Thanks.
