what are required stipulations of being able to claim grandfather clause for my 2 separate dwellings that were built before i bought the property ,(which also has a main house on the same quarter acer of land ) approx 15 to 13 years ago at an “as is sale” the address is 4558 apricot rd simi valley california (if you want to look it up on google earth )the two smaller dwellings are in a line from the front main home and when my past renter was evicted he said he had a friend in building code and he was giong to turn me in becouse he said they were not up to code . then two weeks later they came over and aparently the building inspectors want me to take the two dwellings down because they claim there was never a permit to build. my daughter has been living in one of the dwellings for the last 11 years .and the two dwellings both are on a septic tank not the city sewer. please help its been three weeks and the letter that the building code sent says sections 8-03.06 and 8-05.01 svmc

Aunt’s approx. $45,000 home. Do they need to probate will?
My wife’s aunt died and left my wife, her brother and her cousin sole heirs, ( by will), to her home and any incidentals. The home and everything probably are valued at approx. $45-50 thousand.
All they want to do is satisfy the tax debt and and recover our cost of upkeep for the house with the sale of home.
Everyone lives in Texas.

pay off mortgage?
I took a 30 year mortgage a few years ago. The original amount financed was about $66,000. I have come off with approx. 75,000 through a land sale. Is it possible to pay off the 66,000 or do I still face the total amount, which is about 176,000 (FOR 30 YEARS)?

What does “approx. lot is 3 TRACTS” mean?
I saw a home for sale in Hershey, PA. The description said “approximate lot is 3 TRACTS” with the word tracts in all caps. Does anyone know what this means?
