I currently live in an apartment, but would like to move out early. My lease is up in the middle of August, but if I pay my rent at the apartment, and it is vacant for a month or so, can the apartments do anything? (Fines, etc.?) Everything will be paid for, I will be doing double duty for a month or so……

Daddy was 92 at the time and didn’t say anything to man then daddy put the land into my name and sister too. He told the next door friend that he was going to take it on squatters rights he has been there for I think 8 years. I raise the rent 350.00 a month and I want to sale. Now is there a Lawyer out there that can tell me who’s house is this mine or his. The land is only worth 7,000 but it’ worth 50.000 with the 445 sq footage. If he stays anther 10 years he will be paying 42.000 if i was him I would just pay me out. And he can’t take on squatters because he don’t pay the taxes.
Previously, I could just turn on my laptop and I wouldn’t have to sign in or anything and windowsXP would load up without prompting for a password or the welcome screen.
I’d set my laptop to automatic updates and it downloaded some update that causes the Welcome Screen to come up whenever I turn on the computer.
I went through User Accounts and changed the log on settings by switching off the welcome screen thing from there, but now it asks for a password.
Is there anything I can do to get rid of the Welcome Screen without having to sign in everytime I turn on the computer so that it can just get to XP when I turn the power on?

I am in the midst of a divorce and I’m trying to be civilized about the situation. Both of our names are on the mortgages, me as the primary and him as the secondary. I haved asked him to refinance the house, to which he says he can’t do and can’t afford. I then asked him to sell the house, but he refuses to do this. He says that he won’t sign the papers. If I’m the primary person on the mortgage, do I have any say in selling the house? Can I do anything without his signature?
My son wants to rent an apartment here – I can find no information about it – if any one knows anything I would be glad to hear. It is on Aquarena Springs Rd in San Marcos, Texas 78666 – thanks
