When you’ve completed an agreement of sale with the selling realtor, are they supposed to take the house off the market for 30 days? That’s what we’ve heard, but the selling agent refuses.

Can someone guide me to a sample contract or agreement to rent out land for an event?
The company that I work for will be renting a portion of property for a weekend sale. A local car lot is renting the property for 5 days, and I need to create a contract that will assure that the property is left in the same condition that is was before use. I wanted a sample just to assure that I have the legal mumbo jumbo down. Any assistance would be great!
Is there a way to rent and not sign a lease agreement???

Need help putting together purchase agreement for a house. For sale by owner. How do I create?
I am the buyer, seller has to net a certain amount. The house is worth more than we are paying. We are required to put 15% down. Looking for a creative way to write up the contract where the seller nets what he wants and we can minimize downpayment.
