i’m avoiding my office. i dislike my surrounding and i am self employed…?

i am a sales agent and have been for 9 years. there is a new guy in my office that is REALLY YOUNG, rude, loud, obnoxious… he USE to be a used car salesman. he wears a WOOL trench coat when it’s 80 degrees… i dislike him SO MUCH that i can’t stand to be in the same room with him BUT, every sales agent is packed in one room. i can work from home and have for over a month now. here’s the problem. my boss sent me an e-mail to “remind” me about our office meeting at 1pm today. I CAN’T BE in the same room with this awful person for 1 hour! HAS ANYONE OUT THERE worked with someone like this (of course)? HOW DID YOU HANDLE IT? (i don’t need the job… but i don’t want to let down my current clients).

Where can I find a real estate agent that sells pre & foreclosures in Washingon D.C. metro area & Norther VA?

I’ve been told to go to a local court house, if its true, what do I need to bring? do they have it online? I have bad credit and I know I won’t be able to pay the $250k and up in this area, but I can’t stand living in a room with my husband at my sisters house anymore!! I’ve looked into HUD homes and went to vhda.com and I wanted to talk to some agent and see the tax sale properties or pre or foreclosure homes. Thanks for any info you can give me!

Can My property be listed for sale without my consent?

I own 1/3 of a vineyard in napa valley. No home is on the land. My mother and sister own the other 2/3. I discover it listed for sale by accident one day on the internet. I am against the sale of this land and was never asked about selling it for it to be listed. I instantly e mailed the agent who had it listed telling her who I was and to take it off the listing NOW!!! She soon found out what I said was true. My question here is. When you contact a agent to sell your property isnt there some kind of a contract that has to be signed by all owners of the property to do so? I think My sister and Mother might of forged my signature. The property is in the process of being sold to a buyer now. I have been contacted by the title/escrow company, but I have refused to sign anything untill I get some answers.
I know the property can not be actually sold without my signature too. It can not be sold in sections either. I want to know if a real estate agent can list it for sale without all of the owners consent!

Where can I go to see what Land is for sale?

I live in Arkansas and I would love to buy some land for my son and I to live on- should I google it? Ask a real estate agent? Look thru the paper? Someone please help me..
Do agents charge you, or do they get their money from what you buy? In other words, even if you do not find what you need, do you still have to pay them?

Anyone know of an insurance company that insures log cabins?
