When we bought our house 10 years ago I think it was 3% when we sold and 3% when we bought.We are getting ready to sell our house in 1 state and buy in another.
I will be moving to another state and will buy a home there. When I purchase my new home will I have to pay the realtors commission?Or does the seller pay that?

divorce final — house is going up for sale soon. does anyone know what i would search under to get help in moving. what i mean specifically is prepping everything, putting things in boxes, removing clutter — making things look nice for potential buyers. have 2 teenagers — one is under shrink care and the other is infatuated w/her boyfriend and just plain lazy. help, i think i’m going psycho myself after what i have been through.
