I’m trying to publish my website and it seems to be accepted by the host but when I log in I just get a blank screen and not my index.html or home page?
How do I get my yahoo index.html file to link to my homepage.html.?

Well your index page needs to be named index.html or index.htm. If you upload a page called homepage.html to Yahoo it is not going to repalce your index page.
Rename your hompage.html to index.html and that should do the trick.
