It looks as though you may have changed some big time hard ware and MSN will need a call from you so as to renew your license or by chance, you have disabled cookies and poor MSN can not verify that you are who you say and not some black marketeer from Malaysia, etc.
Try enabling cookies in IE, if you can’t do that or get online you’ll need to contact tech support at microsoft so they can validate your copy of windows.
The error number is a validation error, your copy is now for whatever reason not registered, you need to get in touch with them so they can update your details & get it up & running again.
If you can get online somewhere else download the program ccleaner and run that on your comp it will give you a list of spyware & issues that may be affecting your computer.
There is also a windows repair utility on xp home you find it by pressing F9 when it is booting up or trying to
